Device Information Collection
JoiU automatically collects information from your device to ensure optimal app performance. This includes your device ID, brand, model, operating system and version, and current status. We also gather identifiers related to your device, along with details from your internet service provider or mobile carrier, such as your IP address or proxy server. While using the app, we may collect data on the network type, platform, and your interactions with various features.

Our servers automatically record activity whenever you interact with our services, capturing device configuration, IP address, access times, pages viewed, and features used. We also gather diagnostic data, including system events (e.g., crash reports), hardware settings, and error logs.
For further analysis and to optimize marketing effectiveness, we may utilize your device ID and Advertising ID. This data helps us evaluate marketing strategies, improve service performance, and offer more personalized services and promotions.

At JoiU, we prioritize the security of your personal information by following industry best practices and regulatory requirements. We implement comprehensive measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, exposure, or misuse:
1. Access Control: We take necessary steps to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of personal information. This includes anonymizing data when feasible, using trusted security systems to defend against malicious attacks, and establishing robust access controls. Only authorized personnel can access sensitive data, guided by the principle of least privilege. Our staff also undergoes regular training to stay informed about personal information security and best practices.
2. Data Minimization: We limit the collection of personal data to what is relevant and necessary for providing our services, avoiding any unnecessary data collection.
If you suspect that your personal data has been compromised, such as through unauthorized account access, please contact JoiU's customer support immediately for prompt assistance. Remember, any information you share publicly while using our services may be visible to others, so we encourage you to consider carefully what details you disclose.
In the event of a security incident involving your personal data, we will report it to the relevant regulatory authorities as required by law.
